How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once the payment has been made.
What is the delivery time line for any order?
Cookies :
- 1 to 10 tins : 3 days
- 10 tins above 1 week
Cakes : 3 days
How do I received My orders
Orders will be delivered to the address stated in the order.
Additional charges will be charged if delivery was made and customer fail to be present.
For deliveries to Hotels & Chalets all items will delivered to the reception counter.
We apologise for not being able to deliver to BBQ Pits or parks.
Our delivery team will reply to confirm delivery date and will call before the delivery.
Can I Add orders to my previous order?
Every Order will be treated with its respective time line, as all the items will be made fresh. We try to meet our customers request but if the additional order requires time hence a separate order will have to be made. Off the shelf items can be arranged.
Delivery
Delivery hours are made between 9am to 6pm seven days a week.
Delivery Charges : $ 22 flat rate per delivery trip.
Request for deliveries outside the delivery hours please call +65 8120 2075 to fix a delivery time. This may incur additional charges.
Deliveries will not be redirected to any alternative address after and order has been placed.
Can Order Be Cancel?
We apologize as all orders cannot be cancelled.
Storage?
- Cookies : 2 months
- Cakes : Refrigerated after 3 days of purchased
- Cheese Cakes : Require Refrigeration
- Kuehs : Refrigerated after 2 days of purchase (do not keep in refrigerator for more than 2 days)

We encourage our customers to read our ingredients to avoid any food allergy. Our products may contain alcohol, nuts, gluten or yeast.
Anyone with special dietary or relevant allergies is strongly encouraged to read the ingredients carefully before purchase and consume.

The actual contents of the orders delivered may vary slightly from those depicted on this website. We may change the products offered on this website from time to time without notice.
All prices shown are in Singapore dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charge will be added at time of ordering.

Despite these security measures, we will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you as a result of any fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method details (including your card details) by a third party.
Refund/Exchange Policy
We take pride in our cookies and cakes. If you are unhappy with your order or purchase, kindly notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up) of your concern and return your cookies to us. We will give you credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase.

The production time for various cakes are different. Kindly read the description under each category to place your orders. This is to ensure sufficient time is provided for freshness and that you get your cakes on time.
